Was established in 2005 by Mr. Mariano Sanz Lovaton.

Passion that accompanies him during his professional course as a great sales executive in the developing and real state area with the exclusive sale of the project known as the World’s  New Great Destination, Cap Cana. This motivated him to establish a leader company in the sales market for this project.

Since the beginning, the vision to maintain the leadership in sales of Cap Cana, motivated him to create an organized structure with a group of professionals who shared that same passion.

For the past five years, Mariano has been one of the most successful broker in Cap Cana and now has a group of professionals working with him who share the same passion for Cap Cana and his clients.
